Our annual primary musical is a wonderful opportunity for Year 4-6 students to get involved in a large-scale production. Auditions are usually in December every year and students will be emailed all of the audition information once the musical is launched.

X Factor is a celebration of singing at GIS! Students enjoy auditioning for their class and some students will progress through to the semi-finals and grand final. Excitement is high as 2 students from each year group sing in the Grand Final in front of the whole Primary school.

A wonderful annual event to celebrate the musical talent of our Primary students. The choirs, ensembles, soloists and orchestra rehearse in Term 1 to bring their audience an impressive selection of music from around the world.

In Decembers our choirs perform at Christmas events in the community. Year 4-6 choir has performed annually at the hotel Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony for the last 7 years.
